rebate process:
- Consumers must purchase qualifying product(s) from an approved Clopay Dealer and complete the online
claim form at https://rebates.clopaydoor.com/ between November 29, 2024 February 28, 2025.
- Consumer must upload a clear scan or digital image of the QR Code label and serial number, along with
the sales receipt. The product serial number(s) must be entered during claim submission. See example
below. - Consumer invoices must be dated between November 29, 2024 and February 28, 2025. Rebate
submission deadline is May 31, 2025. - Once the purchase is verified, the consumer will receive their rebate within 6 to 8 weeks via a prepaid
Mastercard or within 2 weeks if they elect the virtual card option and their claim is approved. - The customer can check their rebate status by visiting https://rebates.clopaydoor.com/.
- If a consumer has not received their payment after 8 weeks or has questions about their rebate, they
should call 866-306-6392, Monday–Friday, between 8:00 AM and 4:15 PM MST; or email
ClopayRebates@acbcoop.com.
